We have a 7-day return policy for 3D printed items that are not custom made. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all included accessories returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges for "change of heart" returns that are not damaged.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to my studio. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to me and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
